“The Nudge Global Impact Challenge is an incredible opportunity to unlock the full potential of our people to help deliver our Brew a Better World ambitions. By involving people across our functions, Regions and OpCos, we want to continue integrating sustainability in our ways of working, and build the right skills to deliver on our targets and create a lasting impact.” – Sonia Thimmiah, Senior Director Global Sustainability

In 2021, HEINEKEN announced the Brew a Better World 2030 strategy with the aim to step up its ambition in sustainability and responsibility. We invite you to actively take part in this strategy by implementing your own sustainability project within HEINEKEN! By participating in the Nudge Global Impact Challenge, you will gain the necessary tools to develop your idea, work on your personal development and improve your leadership skills.

At the Nudge Global Impact Challenge, we combine leadership, sustainability and impact in a six-month development programme (October 2023 – March 2024), inviting you to realise your very own project connected to the HEINEKEN Brew a Better World strategy!

We provide you with the knowledge, inspiration and skills to become a driver of positive change.
