Founders Hugo de Koning, Bram Bosveld en Rogier Thewessen started the company in 2000, still studying at the time, as a result of their own search for a part-time job. It started with a simple website, and has grown into an innovative recruitment company that turned the recruitment sector upside-down!
With their disruptive approach, YoungCapital won several awards, such as the National Public Champion of the European Business Awards 2015.
