Press Release: CEIBS partners with Nudge in search for future leaders

CEIBS partners with Nudge in search for future leaders

Overveen, Netherlands, June 2, 2015 – Nudge will partner with the China Europe International Business School on the Nudge Global Leadership Challenge 2015. The goal is to work together on a life changing event that will shape and strengthen the leadership skills in sustainability of 60 young professionals from 30 countries. As global knowledge partner, CEIBS will support the development of this year’s Challenge.

The Nudge Global Leadership Challenge is in response to the need for responsible and innovative leadership as the world undergoes drastic changes such as the scarcity of natural resources, the use of new technologies and climate change. Participants will work together during the three-day Leadership Challenge in Amsterdam (20 – 22 November 2015). The event is for young (23 – 33 years) professionals with a global mind-set and a desire to contribute to a sustainable world. Three winners will be named ‘Best Global Young Leaders in Sustainability 2015’. Their grand prize: a trip, next year, to a world changing project in Africa. The trip will be organised by Nudge, its reward partner Tony’s Chocolonely and the three winners.

Through this partnership, both Nudge and CEIBS will benefit from each other’s networks and will promote new initiatives in sustainability and leadership in order to make a positive contribution to society. The collaboration is being spearheaded by CEIBS Africa.

The Nudge Global Leadership Challenge is supported by several Country Support Partners such as: ABN AMRO, Danone, FMO, Heineken, Interface, Maximum and Unilever.

Partners of the Challenge are: Accenture, AsianNGO, Missing Chapter Foundation, CEIBS, Netvlies, WakaWaka, Tony’s Chocolonely and Seedlink.
