Nudge Global Impact Summit in the Peace Palace, evening of 22 October 2019

Theme 2019: Sustainability: The Human Factor. Empowering millennials to lead positive change.

We invite 90 young top talents (23 – 33 years) from all over the world to become future leaders in sustainability and work on this far-reaching theme.

The Nudge Global Impact Summit is an integral part of Nudge’s mission to redefine success in business and work on behavioral change AND the highlight of the Nudge Global Impact Challenge, our three-day leadership development programme. This evening we will connect our 90 talented participants with renowned changemakers, an assemblage of CEOs from all over the world and the Nudge Advisory Board. A moderator will lead the Summit conversations between several CEOs and invite them to share their insights and knowledge on leadership in sustainability.

During the Summit the Nudge Global Impact Awards 2019 will be handed out.

The Nudge Global Impact Summit will take place in the international Peace Palace in The Hague, The Netherlands. It is the seat of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the International Court of Justice, the The Hague Academy of International Law, the Peace Palace Library and Carnegie Foundation. “We should never take our planet for granted. Imagine if you could only take one action on climate change and world peace, then society would benefit, our communities would benefit, the whole world would benefit. Be a leader of today, not of tomorrow. Participate, take action, raise your voice and connect with other people who value life on planet earth as of today, and for generations to come.”
Marsida Bandilli, Alumna of the Global Challenge, PhD Researcher at the University of Antwerp and Blogger for the Huffington Post

“The Peace Palace – the home of the International Court of Justice, the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. The Hague is recognised globally as the home of international justice and accountability. The United Nations greatly appreciates the hospitality offered by the Government of the Netherlands and the City of The Hague to the many courts and tribunals established by or with the assistance of the United Nations. These bodies, and the many other organisations working in The Hague, play a central role in the peaceful resolution of international disputes. They are integral to realising the promise of the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.”

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
