The theme of this year’s Challenge, ‘New Economy Business, seven windows of opportunity’, will dwell into how to transform the current models of business into more sustainable ones by overcoming the obstacles. The participants will get insightful notions on innovative frameworks that point towards a sustainable approach to business. Through his long-standing experience as professor and advisor in the field of leadership, Professor Gosling will inspire the participants of the Challenge and explore together new patterns of leadership. His main concern is to make new leadership applicable in practice:

“The solution to today’s real management problems cannot be found in business school courses. Business education is typically good at taking complex problems and chunking them down into bite-sized pieces. But this is only half the problem, and by far the least important: the real challenge is to ‘make management workable’. You can take a course and acquire a lot of knowledge, but how do you use it in practice?”
